Origin: Year 1968, multiple headlines of volcanic activity from Mount Fuji surged throughout Japan. Scientist reported that there was a shifting of energy stirring within the earth. An energy of some nature that was growing more intense by each passing week, causing Fuji to become more and more active. Plans of potential evacuation were being crafted for the small
towns located at the base of Fuji. The public was kept under proper orderly control, until one night a soul shaking shriek
tore out from the smoldering dark pit of the ancient volcano.

Headlines rung wildly of a possible monster inhabiting Mount Fuji the next day, however before Military action could be taken. Mount Fuji erupted, on-lookers witnessed a monstrous Crimson Winged Kaiju emerged from the volanco. Watching in terror as its lava oozing blob mass took shape of a hellish feathered creature.

Terraxe, a prehistoric bird-like kaiju, one that thrives as a terrifying hunter of both the land and the skies during the age of dinosaurs. A ruler of the ancient skies, Terraxe left everything that it hunted either as smoldering craters or freshly shredded corpses. However its rule did not last, sensing an approaching end the kaiju went into in heavy hibernation. Roosting upon an area of its choosing, Terraxe cocooned itself in giant layers of molten rock that inevitably formed Mount Fuji as it molted its last juvenile coat of feathers. Sensing that a completely changed world with unknown possibilities would ensue, the kaiju prepared in becoming an adult over the next million years. Readying itself to survive within the upcoming new world as the familiar time it knew came to an end. However, now in the present age of man, Terraxe saw an abundance of prey and freshly new world to claim as its own.

Hunting for prey to devour, the kaiju attacked Tokyo, leaving a wake of magma infested destruction throughout its terrifying appearance. Consuming countless civilians and effortlessly destroying waves of military forces. The survival of Tokyo seemed hopeless until the sudden arrival of Gorougon made landfall. The two deadly kaiju clashed within an explosive battle, a battle that almost erased half of Tokyo off the face of the earth. It wasn't until the battle dragged was a winner finally decided. The winged terror abandon the battle in the effort of persevering its seemingly dying magma core, flying through the darkness of the night and take roost upon an uncharted tropical island within the pacific ocean.

No news or sightings of the creature made headway back to mankind, thus mankind declared the kaiju they dubbed Terraxe dead. However every month or so, small hints and findings show that Terraxe could have possible survived. Extreme waves of heat surges and volcanic activity have been reported many times from one specific island. Anyone who ventured out to seek answers never returned, but the wreckage of a destroyed burnt ship was recovered from Yokohoma bay. From the wreckage, a mildly damaged recording was recovered and mildly restored, to which when played, a grimly frighten man's voice spoke "N-Never...Return....It's still...Alive. T-Terraxe..."

No one was sure if Terraxe was truly still alive, but after the experience that the citizens of Tokyo endured, no
one really wanted to find out.

Personality: Terraxe is a prehistoric bird-like kaiju that prides itself as a hunter, and fights with a burning passion in the effort of establishing itself as a force to be reckon with. While he feeds in order to survive, he preys and fights for the thrill of a hunt. When a target is selected, the target is naturally something that could provide a great challenging fight, or at least a good chase. To Terraxe, it makes the taste of the meal that much more enjoyable should he succeed in claiming his prize.

However if the target proves to be too much, then Terraxe will fight to kill, and if he's out matched then Terraxe will retreat to ensure its survival so it could fight another day.
